HOW TO USE:
Place on a clean, dry and hair-free part of your body. We prefer to put them on after showering in the morning and keep them on until the next day. Your forearm, lower stomach (especially in the belt line), lower back, backside and shoulder are all good locations. Even the foot if you're wearing a sock. In case of extended wear in the water, we recommend applying a new patch after completely drying. Each patch should maintain effectiveness for 24-36 hours
